When you open a Content creator account you agree to the Terms of Service, this contract and all our rules and legal documents.
All creator uploaded content must be consistent with the provisions of our rules, this contract and the site’s Terms of Use, and any internal publishing standards. Any content that does not comply with such Publishing Policies will be removed.
In appropriate cases, We may identify the Policy that was violated, but are under no obligation to do so.
If content is published that suggests or promotes violation of any law or regulation, the creator’s account will be terminated, and the individual will be banned from opening new accounts.
If third parties submit DMCA takedown notices or otherwise notify us that Us that You have published infringing content, we will follow our repeat infringer policy. If content is removed for less serious reasons, Dizzyfans.com may permit the Creator to submit new content that complies with our Publishing Policies.
By streaming or uploading any content to the Site you are granting to the Site a fully paid, worldwide, irrevocable license to use and distribute such content through the Site. By uploading and/or streaming any content in any form through the Site you are requesting and directing us to make such content available to other users and viewers of the Site.

Creator further agrees not to post, upload, publish, advertise or disseminate any media or communication anything that is illegal and not link to any third-party site, service, network, or platform that suggests that Creator is willing to engage in any illegal activity.
Users and creators declares that they are over 18 years of age and are and adult.
You understand and agree that the Site acts as an online third-party publishing forum, therefore, should You determine that Your uploaded content contains actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, then it is solely Your obligation to ensure that Your uploaded content is compliant with all requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 & 2257A et seq. and 28 C.F.R. The foregoing notwithstanding, Dizzyfans’s failure to take any of the foregoing actions shall not, and shall not be deemed to, create any liability whatsoever for Dizzyfans.
This contract not create and/or constitute any business, joint venture, or other relationship between You and Dizzyfans.
Dizzyfans monitoring all contents on website by our moderators, which will be moderated if necessary.
Users have the option to report content if it violates our policies. Creators have the right to appeal.
Publishers must pay all taxes, fees, or regulatory costs required as a result of any activity related to their involvement with the Site.
You are solely responsible for any information You share with any user either through the Site or otherwise and You specifically acknowledge that any information You share with another user should be considered public information. We have no control and take no responsibility for any information you share with any user which is then used, shared, or in any way allegedly or actually misused. In such event, you acknowledge that your dispute will be directly with the user You believe to be responsible.
Appearance of other person (s) in the content
Do not post any (mainly adult) content that includes another person without his / her written consent. You warrant that your co-author is Creator on Dizzyfans, adult (over 18/21) and you verified he/she ID and age.
You may not upload or, in particular, name unauthorized, unsolicited sexual content that the other party has not consented to.
If you post content on Dizzyfans.com that includes other person (s), the creator of the post assumes full responsibility for the content and declares that:
- The other person (s) in the content (image, video) have agreed to post that content on Dizzyfans.com.
- The other person (s) in the content (image, video) are content creators on Dizzyfans.com.
- The other person consented to the publication of the entry and agreed to it.
The owner of the account who publishes the content is solely responsible for the content.
If the other person (s) in your content are content creators on Dizzyfans.com or potential users, please tag them in the content.
You may not upload content that is not your work or is not authorized to do so, regardless of whether you are featured on it. If the content (photo, video, audio) was not created by you, it is not your property. You shall request for permission to post on Dizzyfans.com.
In each case, the user / account owner who publishes the content is 100% responsible for the content and is entitled to any revenue generated. Any distribution of revenue is the responsibility of the user who publishes the content. In the case of any joint content published with other persons, the persons involved in the content shall enter into and establish a private agreement with each other setting out the terms of cooperation. Dizzyfans.com is not responsible for such disputes. In each case, the parties shall agree among themselves and discuss their differences.
For security reasons, if you post a joint post with other people, please ask the other (s) for written consent.
If suspicious activity occurs in your account or content, our moderators may take restrictive action and sanctions against your account and its content (s). We may even terminate your account if we believe that other people are appearing in the content illegally.
You declare that you accept these rules, that the user who publishes the content is responsible for the content that displays other people, and that you do not make any claims against Dizzyfans.com.
You declare that you enforce all legal and ethical wills against the content creator.
