Policy for Copyrights and Intellectual Property

Dizzyfans respects intellectual property rights of others, and we require this behaviour from all the users of the website. We prohibit piracy, infringement, copy and misappropriation of copyright / intellectual property. We take appropriate actions in all the cases to remove the content and avoid the consequences.

We apply this policy to all the content on dizzyfans.com and users are required to report infringing content to us at dizzyfans.com/contact.

Although Dizzyfans is not a US-based economic organization, it nonetheless adheres to the provisions of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright ACT). Accordingly, we closely monitor the content on Dizzyfans.com and moderate copyright and intellectual property infringing content. We will remove such content and take appropriate action against the user. This provision shall be accepted by all the Dizzyfans users.

When reporting a case, your mail must include the followings:

A physical or electronic signature from the copyright owner or a person acting on their instructions;
Identification of the content and its uploader (in the form of an ID and link) that violates our copyright policy.
A detailed description of the content and its uploader that violates our copyright policy.
Your name, email address, place of residence, phone number.
Write a statement that, to the best of your knowledge, the content is owned by others and is not authorized by the copyright owner or its representative.
Write a statement that your claims and the information you provide are true and that you will be held criminally liable for any false claims.

We review exclusively the content of Dizzyfans.com. We have no authority over the content of other websites.

If we consider the report to be true, we will remove the content immediately and take appropriate action against the uploader. Dizzyfans reserves the right to impose sanctions for violations of regulations and infringements. We may at any time disable, remove the content and even the account or any material that is infringing. We will notify the affected user and restrict his / her account.

The affected user has the right to object and contact the Dizzyfans team and indicate false reporting and procedure. You must write a statement about this perjury stating that you believe there have been unfair, unlawful, and false reports and sanctions.

After the dispute has been conducted and the case has been investigated, if the party concerned is right, the account restriction will be resolved. If the party concerned is not right, we will maintain the restriction.

The review counter-statement shall include:

An accurate description of the disabled, removed material
Where this content was found within Dizzyfans.com
Proof of intellectual property
A statement that you are aware, under penalty of perjury, that the content is yours and that a false report has been made and that your account has been incorrectly sanctioned.
Your address, telephone number, email address, full name.
Signature

If your report is neither in Hungarian or in English, or if you send a letter with incorrect or incomplete information, we will consider the report invalid and disregard it.
