When Users open account at Dizzyfans.com, then they agree to the Terms of Service, this contract and all our rules and legal documents.
Following its Registration, the User may subscribe to creators profile on the Website.
For this, he must click on FOLLOW button on creator’s profile.
When user click on FOLLOW button he must provide their credit card details to pay.
Two parties are involved in this transaction. One is the follower who initiates the transaction, the other is the content creator who provides content for which he receives financial share. The contract between the two parties will take effect upon subscription and transaction. With the platform (website), Dizzyfans.com acts as an intermediary in the execution of transactions. The transaction on Dizzyfans.com is performed with the involvement of an external payment service provider.
Through the subscription, the User obtains access to exclusive Content, access to uncensored media, as well as the possibility of getting closer to the Creator to formulate requests for private media.
Between the conclusion of the agreement and the transaction between the follower and the content creator, the “buyer”, i.e., the follower, acknowledges that the copyright and all other rights are still the property of the content creator. The buyer, i.e., the follower, has no rights over the content. Purchased content may not be copied, transferred, saved, or distributed in any way. Piracy and copyright are governed by strict laws, the violation of which is a criminal offense and has consequences. The follower has the right to view through a browser up to a monthly or occasional subscription to that content. It is forbidden to copy, distribute or own it and it is expressly prohibited, and constitutes an illegal act.
The parties acknowledge that the content creator may remove and add content to their account any time, which they may post at their sole discretion. Accordingly, the content creator decides whether contents are free, subscription-based, or provides a one-month subscription to access general content, and additional content is paid for. Therefore, both parties acknowledge and agree that there may be content that is not accessible to the follower / subscriber.
Each subscription is only valid for the only Creator to which the User has subscribed.
Each subscription thus gives access only to the uncensored Exclusive Content of the only Creator to which the User has subscribed, as well as the possibility of send message and making private media requests to this single Creator.
The User understands and agrees that Dizzyfans is not responsible for and has no control over the frequency, quality and quantity of content sharing by the Creators, who exercise their activity independently.
It is up to the User to research each Creator, in particular relating to their activity on the Website, before subscribing to any subscription.
The User may at any time suspend the renewal of his subscription.
Prices and bundles
When users want to subscription to creator’s profile, the User must choose between bundles (offers), if creator has set it.
Default subscription is valid for 1 month.
If creator has set up bundles (discounted prices for longer time), then the users can choose between these offers.
Bundles valid for 2 and 6 months with discounted price.
The price including tax will be automatically generated in relation to the declared country of buyer residence, and will be announced before any purchase on the Website.
When subscribe and pay Users to Creators, a summary of the price is then announced, including the price before tax, the VAT rate applicable, depending on the fiscal country of residence declared by the User, and the total amount.
Dizzyfans collect the tax (VAT) by the buyer’s place of residence and account for it to the relevant tax authority.
All subscription are automatically renewed, however subscription can be cancelled at any time with manually.
In the case of cancellation of the subscription, the User loses access to the exclusive Content of the Creator chosen, one month (or 3-6 months for bundles) after payment of the last monthly installment.
